Another loss!

Lost .8 lbs. this week! I'm thrilled, because this past weekend could have gotten me off plan! How did every one else do this week?

We also talked about spending 2 points on snacks and how to earn 2 activity points. 2 points is about 100 calories, so what are your favorite ways to spend and earn 2 points or 100 calories?

  1. Congrats on your loss!! :) I like to run, so running for 20 minutes earns me two points. spending two points is WAY easy...chocolate! :)
