Another loss!
Lost .8 lbs. this week! I'm thrilled, because this past weekend could have gotten me off plan! How did every one else do this week?

Congrats on your loss!! :) I like to run, so running for 20 minutes earns me two points. spending two points is WAY easy...chocolate! :)
