I'm a Loser!

Yup another loss! I didn't need the Post It note after all! I lost 1.6 lbs this week. I had even told my leader the whole bit about steroids and antibiotics.  I'm thrilled.

The meeting was good. We talked about avoiding boredom in both what we eat and how we move. There were lots of great ideas this meeting!

Food finds to try: Quaker Oats True Delights Blueberry Multigrain Crisps,  Whole Grain Couscous, Thomas Bagel Thins, cheddar popcorn seasoning and Pirates Booty Popcorn

Exercise ideas to try: Geocaching, WW's 5K Challenge (starting in April), check into classes offered at our local park.

Any other ideas that I should try? What ideas can you guys come up with?

  1. The Bagel Thins are A-mazing! I love them. I love couscous, too. So easy to make and the perfect go-to side dish. I also let it cool, throw a ton of chopped veggies into it, a little cooked, cubed chicken and toss it with some fat-free Italian dressing. Instant, filling salad. Love it! Congratulations on another loss. You are doing a great job! :)

  2. Someone else had mentioned on their blog just this morning that they had found these Bagel Thins..I'm going to have to go out and get some. I LOVE bagels. I really like "everything" bagels...mmmm
    Whoooohoo...your a LOSER ...way to go! I'm glad to hear the steroids didn't have an effect like you were thinking they would. Thats great.

    p.s I had to lesson my time on the computer, so my own blog has become a "once a week" (Saturday mornings)thing. I'm hoping I don't lose my readers because of it, but I was spending way too much time playing and not enough on housework (my house was looking like a bomb went up it, haha)..
